I have found in the below link that when the I140 is approved then it is enough to file 140 only with the new location and it did not mention about filing labor.

Also, if anybody working as a Consultant and so moving to different states because of change in projects/assignments, it is better to use the employer's permanent office address for future job in PERM and so it won't change. If you use your current project's state in PERM, then as you mentioned you have to restart from your Labor if moved to a different state. So, always use the employer's office address and its state in PERM so that it won't change generally during the process of GC. If employer moves to a different state after starting the GC, then you have to restart from labor anyway, but it has less chances of moving to a different state.
Again, GC is for future job and so it won't matter where and to whom you are working now as long as your GC filing employer (i.e. sponsor) maintains relation with you.

Rather than supporting Obama or Clinton, I think its us who created this H1B issue last year. What I mean was, it was mostly because of IT consulting company who is hiring people wildly from US and lot from outside US. and everyone had to suffer from it. I only wish separate category to those who graduate from USA than those who are applying H1B outside USA. Students come to USA, work so hard and when its time for H1B, its been taken by someone in India or somewhere outside USA which I dont' think is fare.
And these IT consulting companies hire people wildly no matter whether you are in IT field or not because in USA, IT is not the only field. How about for people in other field. Because of this, all people suffered last year which never happened before. There should be strict quota for each company to file H1B.

i went to mexico, they referred my case to india , but they allowed me to enter usa, recently i go tmy AP, so am planning to go india with murthy's help
i said same situation: MS disc..h1-b, atfer 1.5 yr with full paystubs ..each & every document from school..
They are actulaly confused with the dates..:mad::confused:

In 2004 I retained the services of an International Tax Accountant to file my tax returns and per his advice, immigration attorney fees are not a tax deductible item. However, paying an accountant to prepare your returns are tax deductibe the following year.
Let me also add, that in the US we are expected to pay taxes on our world wide income. There is of course a dollar for dollar tax credit and then we must pay taxes on the portion that is underpaid compared to US tax rates or pay taxes on items which are not taxable in your home country but considered taxed under US law. See, this is why I retained the services of an International Tax Accountant.

While you are checking the form, you will notice that the error about the middle initial is a Warning only about a suggested field. They will use the term "SUGGESTED Fields" for the middle initial.. like i said in my original thread (See my first post in this thread)
if you notice any errors about "Required fields".. do not CERTIFY.. you will have to go through the form again and make sure you entered everything.
Remember I am only a layman.. so make sure you double check with others.

Hello all,
I have an interesting scenario where my LC is cleared after 4 years and my company has new attorney.
To file the I-140 the new attorney is saying that there is a discrepancy in the LC application and my Degree. My LC says the requirement is Bachelors with Computer Science, but my Degree is in Electronics and Communications.
But, the LC is filed on my name with the same credentials. If the LC got approved, then what is the problem for I-140. Does the degree come into picture while filing I-140 at all?? I thought it is only the company information that is considered for I-140.
Please suggest your comments immediately.
I wanted to create a new thred for this but was unable to..HOW DO YOU CREATE NEW THREADS???

Here is information to file extension of EAD/AP, nothing special, just a method I have used to file extension EAD+AP for last 3 times.
Hope this is useful. Read the entire pdf form (instructional pages) I-765 and I131 every time just to make sure that nothing has changed from the last time you applied for EAD. Lookout and verify the address/check amount in the instructional pages of the I-765 and I-131 forms as it may change from time to time.

When there are suitable candidates available to do the job, whats the point in filing an appeal. There will be no option to appeal in such cases. The only option is to file a new PERM asap and capture all the days spent outside the country while on H1 by filing an extension to recapture those days. If your employer is flexible, you can work out a deal to work from outside US and come back after your I-140 is approved by filing 3 yr H1 extension and re-entering after getting it stamped.
